This sunny, well-appointed home sits just blocks from over 30 restaurants/bars/coffee shops, 2 lightrail stations, and the main downtown district, but is just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The home faces a park and is perfect for exploring Denver either on foot or by e-scooter. The home has everything - a patio with indoor/outdoor fireplace, a fully-stocked/chef-ready kitchen, full gym/weights, and a massage chair! The space Welcome to your new urban oasis! This home in the RiNo art/restaurant district is swanky enough for a group of adults celebrating an event, but also includes all the amenities needed to create a relaxing family vacation (high-chair, pack-n-play, games, etc). It is perfectly located on a quiet park, but is also close to dozens of restaurants and activities. We've done our best to include everything you might need (coffees and teas, streaming TV (Hulu), bathing amenities, bikes , and a lending library). We love to travel too, and we know that the place you choose stay can make or break a trip, so we are dedicated to ensuring excellent communication and providing the best possible stay for you and your friends and family. The sunny main floor has newly refinished hardwood floors and features two living rooms, a dining area, a fully-stocked kitchen with pantry, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace that leads to a beautifully-landscaped back patio with seating area, bistro dining table, grill, and umbrella. Both living rooms are filled with sunlight and are great places to gather, read a book, listen to music on the Sonos wifi-connected speakers, or curl up next to the fire. The master bedroom, an additional guest bedroom, and the gym are located upstairs. The master bedroom comes with ensuite bathroom, king-sized Sleep Number adjustable mattress, mini fridge, and coffee station with Keurig Coffee Maker. The additional guest bedroom has a double bed with trundle bed underneath and a bathroom (with tub) adjoining it. The gym has a recumbent bicycle, a rowing machine, an integrated weight machine, free weights, and yoga mats. The gym overlooks the park for a sunny workout! The basement contains the final guest bedroom, the office nook, and a Bluetooth enabled massage chair that will make you want to never leave. The basement guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a mini fridge, TV, and Keurig Coffee Maker, and a private bathroom adjoining it. Guests will have access to a single covered garage parking space (my car is in the other space) as well as unlimited free street parking. We are excited to host your friends, family, or coworkers for your next trip! Cheers! Guest access You'll have private access to the entire house and back yard. Please be aware that stairs are required to access all levels of the home. Other things to note Please be aware that this home is in an urban setting, and Denver (like Seattle and Portland) has chosen to embrace its homeless population. It is not uncommon to see homeless citizens in the park or on the streets. While I have never felt unsafe in my neighborhood, I encourage all guests to use the proper safety precautions that they would use in any urban setting.
