This luxury apartment in the heart of Győr is located in a fully renovated building consisting of 15 rental units, each of them one-of-a-kind with its own unique design. This one was inspired by Boutique style interior design, which is reflected in the materials, colors and patterns used. Whether you're coming to explore the city or just passing through, this place near the main square and the Danube is the perfect choice and has all the amenities you might need for a short stay. The space R12 Apartments can be found in a quiet side street in Győr's city center in a building that was fully renovated before it started welcoming guests in May 2022. The whole property is dedicated to providing guests with a unique experience and quality accommodation with services that make their stay not only unforgettable but also as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. The 15 apartments are spread across three floors in a building with a spacious courtyard with a fountain and outdoor seating, a shared lounge area, and an atmospheric garden with additional seating. Guests also have access to the laundry room with a washer and washing products provided. The Boutique Apartment with its sleek grey-and-silver color scheme and elegant features is located one floor up from entrance level and sleeps two people. It consists of a living area, bedroom, kitchenette and full bathroom, and measures 34 square meters. The windows of the bedroom and bathroom open on the street, but since they are well insulated and there is very little traffic, you won't have to worry about noise. The living room overlooks the garden in the backyard, so it's quiet and calm. The apartment also has its own private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine after a long day. A lot of thought and care was put into the design, equipment and materials used, always keeping long-lasting quality in mind. The super comfortable queen-size bed and the soft sheets, the stylish bathtub, the HD Smart TV, and the thoughtful little touches will all contribute to a relaxing and memorable stay. Guest access You have exclusive access to the apartment and all amenities within. For your arrival, we will prepare a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, full bedding (duvet, big and small pillow) and a large and small towel for each guest, a small selection of teabags, two coffee pods per person for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine, sugar, sweetener tablets, salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing liquid and sponge, kitchen towel, paper towels, liquid soap and 2in1 hair and body wash in dispensers in the bathroom, hand sanitizer, toilet freshener gel, three rolls of toilet paper, and two bin bags. In addition to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video (both of which you can use with your own account), the HD Smart TV also has YouTube and cable channels. If you are traveling with a baby or toddler, we can provide a cot, high chair, baby bath and umbrella stroller, but note that a total of three of each item is available for the 15 apartments on a first come first served basis, so please let us know in advance if you require any of the listed equipment. Spaces in the building such as the lounge, garden, courtyard and laundry room are shared with other guests. The washer is located in the building's laundry room, where you can also find detergent, fabric softener, and three drying racks. Feel free to take a drying rack to your apartment if needed, but please bring it back once your laundry is dry to make sure other guests also have one at their disposal.
