This is a ground floor bedroom with adjoining room, verandah and garden access, kitchen & common space. The space Guests booking the ground floor’s “Grey bedroom” will have an attached bathroom and access to all the ground floor areas described in this listing - primary living room , kitchen , covered verandah sit out and the garden patch ( common areas may be shared incase of other guests staying in the ground floor’s 2nd ”Lilac bedroom” on the same dates ) You will also have exclusive access to an additional and adjoining living / sleeping room with the “Grey bedroom” ( not shared by other guests on ground floor , just Incase we have any during your stay ) Guest access Access to all ground floor common areas that includes the primary living room , kitchen and covered verandah sit out and garden plot ( these may be shared by guests living in the ground floor “Lilac bedroom”). Guests booking this “Grey bedroom” will have an additional private lounge / sleeping room at their disposal. There is a partition door that can be drawn shut to segregate the “Grey bedroom” exclusive area from the “Lilac bedroom “ exclusive area , offering enhanced privacy to all guests on the ground floor. Guests living in the ground floor “Lilac bedroom” have a separate entrance door to the house in addition to the common main door of the villa . During your stay Guests can reach us via the airbnb portal messaging service and after confirmed bookings are made, we will let guests know the phone number of our property manager ( relative ) who will provide local support and co-ordination . In addition we also have a caretaker staying on site 24X7 who can be reached by phone.
