After the first 6 people, there will be an additional charge of $50 per person that visits the home for any amount of time. The space This home has a separate workspace and wifi - perfect for getting online and getting work done. There are three (3) 47-inch+ TVs with surround sound in 2 rooms - great for movies and sports. There is a detached garage on the property (not available to guests) and a gated yard. There will be security cameras on the property in front of the home and in back of the home for your security and to ensure the proper amount of guests that were agreed upon for proper booking. License #STR22-00491. Guest access Every area is accessible to guests except the water heater closet, attic, middle bedroom closet, garage, and the electrical panel/"breaker box". Other things to note Though we love and respect animals, there are guests who are allergic to pet dander; therefore, we do not allow pets in the property. Shoes are not allowed on the carpet. Also, if you book a stay, then we expect you take good care of our home and leave our property and everything inside and around it in the same condition in which they were upon your arrival. If cameras are moved or turned off by the guest, then the reservation will be cancelled immediately. You will be expected to leave the premises instantly with only what you brought into the home. Do not unplug anything that is already in an outlet in the front bedroom. Other outlets are available in addition to one or more power strips/blocks.
