Quirky Glasgow City Centre Pad

This spacious home is located in the heart of Glasgow's City Centre which is Glasgow's most cosmopolitan, vibrant and happening areas. Glasgow City Centre is always bustling, from luxury shops on Buchanan Street to the lively bars and restaurants on Sauchiehall street. The grand Central Station runs a tour every morning at 10am, revealing some enchanting historical secrets and the Lighthouse building offers stunning city views and a free exhibition of some of Rennie Mackintosh’s finest work. The space The apartment is all electric. It warms up quickly and is easy to adjust the temperature to suit you. The living room is bright and spacious. The large floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light! There's a 43" HD TV which has Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, BBC iPlayer, ITV, Spotify and more. Plus, access millions of websites such as YouTube and browsers like Firefox! The bathroom is bright and modern which has a good-sized bath and a powerful shower with constant hot water. If you are planning on taking a hot bath please make sure the water level does not overflow! There are soft towels, hand-wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen has everything you need: washing machine, combined oven/grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, electric hobs and a fridge-freezer compartment. There's enough crockery, glasses and utensils. I LOVE food and I would want your cooking experience to be pleasant and fun. Therefore I have made sure the basics (herbs, spices, oils etc) are available for you. Bedroom one has a beautiful double size bed frame with a very comfortable soft-medium mattress. There are bed side lamps on each side of the bed. In the chest of drawers next to the bed, you will find a hairdryer. Bedroom two has a sturdy double divan bed frame with a comfortable medium-firm mattress. This room has two slide cupboards, giving plenty of space for storage. In one of the slide cupboards, you will find amenities like an iron & ironing board. There are also two bedside tables and lamps. OTHER OBSERVATIONS: ● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 24 hours prior to arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. ● No extra guests are allowed without prior consent. ● No pets. ● Strictly no parties or smoking allowed inside. If your plan is to do such please book elsewhere since no refund will be given for your stay and law enforcement will be notified instantly. ● In order to maintain the cleanliness, for stays longer than 3 weeks, our housekeepers would need to do a full clean and the cost for this will be absorbed by the guest. Guest access ✔️ Guests will have access to the whole property. ✔️ No extra guests are allowed without prior consent. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbors, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm. Other things to note ∗Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device. ∗∗Please note that sofa bed linens are not included in the nightly rate. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know, and the additional fee is £20 for linen. ***Please note that parties/events are strictly not allowed. Our neighbours have our contact number and will inform us along with local Police immediately if this rule has been violated. No refund will be given. ****Cot & highchair available on request. A £25 fee is charged if any items are required. ⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
