Our beautiful house was created with the aim of giving you an unparalleled experience of having your own beach house without having to buy it! A relaxing, rustic-style experience - bohemian oceanfront and backed by the magic and majestic vibe of the mountain with the ease of walking to the beautiful guacuco beach! The space Rooms and spaces The house has four comfortable rooms equipped with premium linens. The Master has a king-size bed, a large private bathroom with a shower overlooking the sky, a dressing room, A/C and a large terrace with a hammock and outdoor sofas with an impressive ocean view. Room 2 is equipped with a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed, a private bathroom with a shower overlooking the sky (without a roof), a closet, AC, and a small terrace Room 3 is equipped with a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed, a private bathroom with a shower overlooking the sky (without a roof), a closet, A/C, and a small terrace. (Equipped just like room 2 but in a larger space.) Room 4 is located on the ground floor and is equipped with two double beds, A/C. This room shares the bathroom with the living room. The house has an open floor plan: open kitchen and living room with large windows that give you a view of the ocean at all times and even the Pampatar lighthouse. It has a cool terrace with a cane roof that provides a pleasant shade, so it is possible to rest and dine outdoors at any time of the day. The house has 2 huge tables! An outdoor one for guests to sit and eat together having the best conversation and experience enjoying the rich Caribbean cuisine that we can offer them. Another inside the room for those who prefer to be in a more private and temperature-controlled environment The large private pool receives sunlight throughout the day for use in the morning, in the relaxed afternoon or after a day at the beach. It has several areas for sunbathing, as well as a large churuata for children who play outside in the sun and for those who prefer shade. A large barbecue is located near the pool area and there for you to get those lobsters grilling! A sand pool next to the pool brings the beach to the house for the little ones. And a Creole ball court can entertain the older ones for a while. A little further away from the pool and the social areas we have a fully organic garden that provides fruits and vegetables native to the area! Fresh, healthy and available to our guests! Guest access It is always rented in its entirety! The idea is for you to have your own vacation home on Margarita Island and enjoy privacy and exclusivity alone, with your family group or friends!
