Welcome to our centrally located 1 bedroom, 2 beds, 1 bath condo off of Gulf to Bay Blvd in Clearwater. Our charming vacation home is a first floor corner unit that provides privacy and comfort! The space Relax on the private, enclosed patio while enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee from the Keurig and small coffee bar. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, such as pots, pans, plates, and silverware. Put your feet up on the chase sectional with USB charging port along the side. Be sure to enjoy the 65" smart tv with Disney+, HULU, and Netflix streaming services included in your stay. The couch can also be slide out for instant full bed. Or just relax with a glass of wine with the ambience of the fireplace. Rest your head in the comfortable one bedroom with queen bed, blackout curtains, USB charging night lamps, 55" smart tv with streaming services and alarm clock/white noise machine. Guest access As our guests, you will have access to the entire condo with private keyless entry. Code will be sent to you 24 hours before your check-in. You will also have access to the sparkling clear, large shared pool. There are restrooms and two laundry rooms at pool. Other things to note This unit does not accept pets of any kind. Please no smoking or vaping on property. One parking spot permitted. HOA requires application prior to stay. $100 applicant fee, fee will be reimbursed on day of check-in.
