Guest House at Farm with pond & pool view +fishing

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nestled on 45 acres in East Texas with views of horses roaming free, hay fields, fruit and pecan trees. Wake up to the sounds of farm life with horses neighing, cows bellowing and the morning crow of the rooster and enjoy the waterfront views of the 5 acre pond. The space The guest house is attached to our horse barn. All of our horses are in pasture so it’s just used for storing our hay, feed and equipment. We feed the all the animals twice a day and there are windows where you can see everything, but you can keep the blinds closed if you prefer more privacy. It is a barn setting so you’ll hear the typical sounds of the country life and animals but we provide a fan for those who prefer white noise over the sounds of country living! Guest access If you want to meet our herd of farm animals and explore the property a bit, just let us know. If you bring your fishing poles, we’d be glad to orient you as to where to set up for fishing around the pond. As this is a farm, there will be possibility of all the critters that come around in nature—including bees, wasps, the occasional snake by the water, etc. but we’ll be glad to show you around.
