Tenants will have complete access to the condo and complete privacy. Walk to many restaurants, bars, antiques and other shopping The space This is a beautifully renovated large condo in an historic building built mid 19th century and listed on the National Registrar of Historic Places. The unit features original heart pine floors and much of the original trim work. The bathroom includes an antique claw foot tub with Victorian hex tile floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a couch, loveseat and wall mounted flat screen smart tv with Netflix and other app access. Kitchen has granite counters and a washer and dryer and 6 person eat in table. Large hallway with amazing large antique glass windows bringing in lots of natural light and an antique furniture set. Rear balcony overlooking the Abolitionist Ale Works courtyard and beautiful foyer area with exposed brick. Each room is cooled with a window or portable air conditioner and heated with recessed wall heaters. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the condo Other things to note We cannot facilitate late check out or early check in requests, no exceptions will be made. We are cleaning this space thoroughly after each guests and we are following the airbnb covid-19 cleaning guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting so we need all of the time between bookings to properly and thoroughly clean before and after your stay. there are no pets or animals permitted, no exceptions will be made. Street parking is available and there is a parking lot available to the public less than a block away. Washington St has free 2 hour parking M-F 8-5PM and metered parking on other blocks and in the parking lot M-F 8-5. Parking in evenings and weekends is free. There is a strict no smoking policy in our rooms and our building, this includes hallways, common areas, rooftop and out of windows. Anyone who smokes inside our property will be assessed a $250 smoking fee. There is not central air in this historic apartment, each room is cooled with a window air conditioner or heated with a recessed wall heater. The apartment is in a downtown area above a working brewery/restaurant and tenants could be exposed to city or business noise.
