Spotless condo at Goose Rocks Resort for up to 4

Immaculate, cheerful condo for max 4. Hi speed WIFI, chromecast, washer/drier, well equipped kitchen, comfy queen and bunk beds. Family-friendly resort features pools, tennis court, exercise room, hot tub. All less than a mile from Goose Rocks Beach. Walk to beach or bike (byobikes must be in racks), but we recommend parking (for current rates, search web for "Kennebunkport/Goose Rocks parking"). We have beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for your use. Family games. The space Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2 night tables with reading lamps, closet and room darkening shade; bunk bed room suitable for two with a dresser & darkening drapes. Beds are made up for your arrival. (Sofa bed in living room features pull-out queen; sheets available upon prior request). We provide towels (bring your own beach towels unless special arrangements are made). Max 4 guests, no exceptions. Guest access We will greet you upon arrival and acquaint you with our unit and tell you about the common areas of the resort (& we will require you to sign our rental agreement & the resort's common areas agreement, acknowledging that you will follow the common courtesies of the resort) Other things to note Guests must have history of excellent reviews to book. There is absolutely NO smoking in our unit or within 100 feet of any building or at pools. No parties or events (if you are a partier, this place is not for you.) And no guests beyond 4 are permitted in the unit at any time. Thank you for understanding. No pets are allowed in our unit as we have allergy issue. The resort does not allow renters to bring pets.
