This Serviced Studio Apartment (3rd floor) is located in the heart of old city of Tbilisi, next to famous Marjanishvili Theater, on Marjanishvili Street . Here you will find the main touristic&shopping streets, fancy cafes with live music, local and international restaurants (e.g. McDonald's and Subway), bank, pharmacy, grocery, mobile operator service, etc. The three floor building built in 19th century also accommodates the house museum of one of the most famous poets - Galaktioni. The space The 32 sqm studio with bathroom is equipped with all necessary furniture including kitchen. In studio you will find tooth brushes, sleepers, towels, toiletries, etc. Daily cleaning and laundry (upon request) is included in price. In case of longer stays with discounted price room cleaning will be performed once or twice a week upon request. Washing laundry could be requested everyday. Guest access Access to the studio is through the main entrance of the building - Marjanishvili Street (main street).
