Close to attractions such as Unipraias Park which has the air trams,Oceanic Aquarium, Boat Ride of the Pirate Ship, Classic Car Show. Near markets such as Carrefour and pharmacies like Raia. The building does not allow noise after 10 p.m. The space Smart TV in 1 bedroom and living room (access with personal password Netflix). Two bedrooms with a double bed and an extra single mattress. Located near the Big Hypermarket, restaurants and Pubs. Easy access to EXPOCENTRO(3 Km) ❤️ WELCOME TO MY PLACE ❤️ Other notes * I PROVIDE PILLOW AND COVERED SHEETS. I DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS. * Same-day Checkin reservations must be arranged time before confirming it. Even though it is as of 1p.m. * Do not leave trash in the apartment to checkout. * Owner's personal items will be locked with security latches on some furniture. * The apt has no protective screens on the windows for children. * The condominium has rotating garages, it must leave the key in the gatehouse so as not to block the exit of other vehicles . The space allows a large car. The building has valet during the year until 3pm and until 11pm. Sundays and holidays. I am not responsible for any damage to the vehicle inside or outside of the building. * The loss or non-return at the time of Tag checkout, garage control or access key to the apto will be charged 100.00 each. * Air-conditioning in the bedrooms. * Smart TV in 1 bedrooms and in the living room. With access through the guest's personal account, channel open only in the living room. * The building has a rooftop open area with clothesline. * It is not allowed to receive visits without prior notice to the host. * Failure to comply with the rules of the condominium and silence after 10 pm,the guest will be liable for the fine imposed on the apt(including loud sound or noises that annoy the neighbors). Please note any questions as to the rules I will be available to clarify. * Beach utilities such as chairs and parasol are not included. * Items forgotten in the apartment will not be sent by post office. * No smoking in the apartment. *Installing barbecue grills and other utensils that can cause electrical damage to the network is not allowed. * Small pets on the street are allowed. Guest will be held responsible for pet damage to the apt. Guest access Rooftop terrace in the building to hang out clothes. Other things to note Check-in From 3 p.m. If there are no guests, it can be earlier. Check-out by 10 a.m. so we can sanitize. Damage to the property will be fined proportionally.
