Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Relaxation area, Pool and Jacuzzi under cover with terrace, barbecue. Internet connection. Green park adjoining the house. The house is 20 minutes from Angers and 40 minutes from Nantes. Numerous visits to make: - Castles (Angers, Serrant, Plessis Macé, Plessis Bourré, Brissac, De vair...) - Park: Terra Botanica, Maulévrier, Camiflora, Kangourou... - Visit the troglodytes, villages, restaurants and the mysteries of the faluns... The space On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, dining room, piano lounge area, a TV room, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs 4 bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190), 1 toilet and 1 bathroom as well as a mezzanine that serves as a games room with board games and books available This is our primary residence, we lock 1 room on the ground floor. We leave it to the tenants to clean before checkout. No parties are allowed. The house is located in a quiet and serene subdivision. NOTE: In winter the house is heated only by the STOVE Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for one room on the ground floor. A green park adjoining the house will be a real advantage. Other things to note We provide children's bikes, soccer goal, and other outdoor games. PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS NO LONGER HEATED AS OF MID-OCTOBER. However, we also leave the HOT TUB available under the enclosure. Important information for people with allergies: A dog and a cat live in the house. During your stay we will ask you to feed our cat Uyana (ouyana). She can stay outside if you don't want to bring her in, but she's very fond of cuddles. Princess, our dog, will be staying with our neighbors 😁 During your stay we will remain available to answer any questions you may have.
