Sandy Cove House on Faria beach

This is a very special house that sits on a very special piece of classic California beach. The surfbreak out front is endlessly entertaining and the view of the Channel Islands is amazing. The house is spacious and yet incredibly cozy. A classic vintage California Beach House, that has been completely updated. All of the character has been preserved, but the living is now entirely modern. Sunsets from this house are incredible. Air-conditioning just installed for those hot fall nights. The space The house is 2 story with a 2 car garage and full laundry room. It sits on one of the widest lots on the beach with 65 feet of sandy frontage. The master suite has a king size bed, sitting area and its own little deck overlooking the surf break. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and tv room. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has 2 twin beds. Views are stunning. The house has just been remodeled with 3 beautiful new bathrooms and a giant wood deck with firepit and private outdoor hot shower and hot tub.
