Welcome to our newly remodeled flat where we added an additional room and bathroom! The flat is on the 4th floor of the building, and we live two floors below. There are 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 office with a day bed, and a well-equipped kitchen available. We are half a block from Golden Gate Park and centrally located for you to walk or take a quick bus ride to UCSF Parnassus hospital, St Francis Memorial, and many more. Designated parking is not provided. The space The suite is located on the penthouse floor of our 3rd-4th floor condo. Since the room is on the 4th floor, there are several flights of stairs leading up to the unit. The flat has 2 sections: a bedroom and an office. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a TV, and a bathroom. The office includes a day bed, and a secondary bathroom, which is adjacent to the entrance to the office. The whole building was built and just remodeled this year, so everything is quite new. The rooms are bright and airy, and feature east and west-facing windows that have a great view of the sunrise and the park. There is also a well-stocked kitchen space (refrigerator, pots/pans, cooking utensils, oil, salt, pepper, etc.) available with all the necessities for making a small meal. Tea, instant coffee and creamer are provided, and there are several coffee shops just around the corner. Our home is centrally located on a very busy street, so be aware there will be some traffic noise—we do live in a city after all! The suite itself is in the back of the building, so it is relatively quiet. The windows and skylights have blackout curtains and/or shades that help with the noise and street lights outside. Designated parking is not provided. There are metered and unmetered parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. We park our own car on the street and usually have no issues finding parking within 1-2 blocks. Guest access Public transportation is the best way to get around San Francisco, and we are only 1 block away from the N-Judah train which will take you all over the city including the popular tourist destinations. There are also many attractions within walking distance of us. If you choose to drive, there are metered and unmetered parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. We do not provide designated parking. We park our own car on the street and usually have no issues finding parking within 1-2 blocks. Other things to note We are carefully observing all COVID-19 safety protocols including sanitization, masking, and social distancing. Please note that masks are strongly recommended in any shared spaces in the building, regardless of vaccination status. We are a dog-loving family and one of our tenants has 2 very friendly dogs who would be happy to say hi if you are itching for some pet therapy! However, because it's a small living area, no pets are allowed. From previous experience, we have to state that we are a gun-free household, and we do not allow firearms or other weapons on the property. We respect if you have a license to carry a weapon, but we respectfully ask you to not book with us if you have to bring it with you.
