If you're a remote worker, traveling RN, or need a place to stay while looking for your dream property (Aaron is a licensed TN realtor), this cozy cottage will be your respite. This cottage has a peaceful country setting but is only minutes from the highway. From the front porch, you’ll see a gorgeous mountain view and be within a comfortable driving distance to everything East TN has to offer! Mid-term rentals preferred, but short-term considered. Dogs are considered, but no cats. The space Our furnished mountain view cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the comforts of home in one small space. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds while the third has a twin bed. There is also a desk in the smallest bedroom making it an office flex space. Each bedroom has a small closet to hold your essentials. We have furnished the space to meet your living needs and therefore DO NOT allow moving trucks full of your own personal items. You will only need to bring your clothes and any special living supplies you might need that we don't provide. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and .50 acre yard, but you will NOT have access to the barn. We plan to store a camper in this barn eventually and may ask you to move your vehicles from time to time so that we can get to the camper when we want to use it. There is also one owner’s closet in the 2nd bedroom that is locked. You cannot use this closet, but there is another available one in this room that is open. Other things to note While the mountain view is unrestricted and the backyard is semi private, you do have neighbors in the front and sides. This cottage is not as private as the pictures may seem. We consider dogs (2 max) but DO NOT allow cats. That said, no dogs are allowed on the furniture or in the beds. If we find excess dog hair on any of these items, you will be charged a $100 replacement fee for EACH set of bedding and/or an extra cleaning fee for the furniture.
