The space This tastefully furnished & decorated apartment is modern and well appointed for your every need. Other things to note Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay Who can stay: 2 guests maximum Check-in after 2:00 PM Checkout before 10:00 AM No parties or events No smoking No pets No sitting on tables/counters Guest Info: Please note the building's management requires guest's information to be sent as a prerequisite to arrival. A copy of guests ID's is needed for verification and security purposes to ensure other tenants/guest safety. This information will not be shared with any other party. Hours: Quiet after 10pm. Please respect your neighbours. Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee charged on Airbnb (included in your rate) is allocated to cleaning and laundry once you have checked out of the apartment at the end of your stay. Everyday cleaning is NOT included into the cleaning fee. You can ask for extra cleaning at an extra charge if you require this service during your stay. Just ask :) Additional Cleaning: If you require additional cleaning we charge R250 cash on completion and R150 if a linen change is requested. Please give us 24hours notice and we will confirm a time. Please leave keys in the lockbox OR be at the apartment to meet the cleaner if there is no lockbox. Supplies: We do not re-stock the apartment with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water, cooking essentials, toiletries and cleaning supplies. We put in a small amount for our guests' convenience. Smoking Please note: If any signs of smoking of any kind is detected in the apartment you will be liable for a deep cleaning fee and a fine between R1000 and R3000. Electricity: We provide you with an adequate amount of electricity for your stay. Any additional electricity needs to be purchased by you. Please request instructions on how to do so when needed.
