My apartment is located in the historic Trastevere Monteverde neighborhood, a central area, yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. Ideal for couples or friends, it features a double bedroom with a balcony, a living area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The space My apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up building in the heart of Monteverde, in a very quiet residential area, and has recently been renovated and furnished with new modern-style furniture. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a small hallway with a chest of drawers and coat rack. Continuing into the living area, there is a comfortable double sofa bed with TV and air conditioning, and at the back is the kitchen, with the dining area and a practical table for 4 people. The kitchen is brand new, equipped with everything you need for cooking including a microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom is very spacious and is equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables with dedicated lighting, chest of drawers, and a mirrored wardrobe to store your clothes. There is also a second TV and air conditioning. Very bright thanks to the French door, the bedroom also has access to the external balcony with a relaxing view of the greenery of the neighborhood. The bathroom with window, also brand new, is complete with sink, toilet, bidet, and a large walk-in shower. The house is equipped with air conditioners, both in the living room and in the bedroom, which allow heating or cooling the environment both during winter and summer. There is also a fast, free, and unlimited Wi-Fi connection. Guest access For your stay, the house will be entirely at your disposal, cleaned and fully equipped by a professional cleaning company. The setup includes bedding (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and blankets), bathroom linens (face and body towels for each guest), soap and shampoo dispenser, and toilet paper.
