The Olive Bungalow off of Main St in Saranac Lake

Looking for a cozy place to stay while visiting the beautiful Adirondack Mountains? This is a completely renovated apartment with new furnishings to meet an array of your needs. It is conveniently located about two blocks from Main Street with private off street parking. Within a 5-10 minute walk you can find restaurants, shops, grocery/health food stores, parks/playgrounds, river walk, and an ample amount of entertainment including live music and art events. The space This space is located on the lower level/first floor with 5 steps down to the entrance from the parking area. There are no restrictions on check in time as you will access the unit with a lock box. One bedroom includes a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The living room also has a futon for extra guests as well as an air mattress and pack n play that can be provided upon request. A doorway gate can also be provided. Each bed includes a memory foam mattress topper, extra linens, and pillows. In the kitchen you will find it fully stocked for all your cooking needs, including a Keurig with provided k cups, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, blender, crockpot, and rice cooker. During your downtime you will find two comfortable chairs, a futon, and NEW 55” smart Roku tv that is not pictured in the living room that is connected to the provided Wi-Fi service. Many streaming apps included. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom as well as a heat/fan option to warm up or cool down after a long adventurous day. Outdoor space to enjoy includes a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and table, play area, hammock, perennials and annuals throughout the property, and lastly, an herb garden!! Guest access You will have access to the entire unit and outdoor seating area with Adirondack chairs, small fire pit, hammock/play area, and herb garden. Other things to note There are quiet hours from 10pm-7am as there are other short and long term tenants in other units as well as nearby neighbors. I’d like to also note there are some low ceiling beams around 6.5ft from the floor in this first floor lower unit. It also has its own smaller hot water tank that cannot accommodate 5 guests right in a row. It would be best to wait 5 minutes after a couple guests have already showered. An air purifier, fans, and a dehumidifier are included to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
