Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Sunny Scottsdale, AZ!! This luxurious stay offers a quaint combination of urban style with rural amenities and livability. Restaurants, Breweries and Parks nearby! Head down to Old town for night life, comedy clubs, shops and galleries, or take a hike at Sunrise Trailhead! With so many things to see here in Scottsdale, you'll adore our central location. The space Enjoy this comfortable, spacious condo, with a private balcony for your enjoyment. The community pool can be enjoyed in the summer, as it is not heated. But the hot tub is ready and waiting for you! *Important: Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout. Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the shared courtyard. Self check-in using our electronic locks makes your arrival simple! :) Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout. AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest. Other things to note NO PETS per management No smoking, parties, or events Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM Self-check-in with smart lock • Do not disrespect Neighbors • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property including apartment complex. The apartment complex has No Smoking rules as well. Because other tenants are smoking does not grant permission. No smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property, including apartment complex. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge • FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50. • FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue. Observe all posted rules when using the pool and hot tub. •Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival.
