The property has two bedrooms both with comfy beds and orthopaedic mattresses. Bedroom 2 is set up as twin beds as standard but can be configured as a king bed on request (72hrs notice required). A stylish bathroom with waterfall shower is accessed off the first floor landing and there is a separate WC on the ground floor. . Contactless check in with key code sent 24hrs before check in. All booking details, access instructions and further info will be sent via email from our central software when pre-check in is complete. You’ll receive a link from Effective Stays by SMS and/or email to confirm your details, verify your ID and accept the booking terms before your stay. You’ll also have the choice of paying a £350 refundable damage deposit, subject to a non-refundable 2% transaction fee, or purchasing a £25 non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend the damage waiver, as it provides protection against accidental damage during your stay. As a professional software-connected host, we are permitted to manage this process securely outside the booking platform. We don’t include the damage waiver in the booking price because we prefer to give guests the choice between the refundable deposit and damage waiver.
