LI'L BEAR is a spacious 2BR, 2BA home located near the river in the Upper Canyon. Surrounded by Ponderosa pine, Li'l Bear's covered deck provides opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty as well as abundant wildlife in the area. Other amenities allow guests home-cooked meals, and Li'l Bear's location means trips into Midtown are a matter of minutes. There is also ample parking, including one covered spot.  Pets are welcome at Li'l Bear with prior approval. There is a $25 pet fee, per pet. Guests have full access to the cabin, deck, and surrounding property. The Upper Canyon is wooded with a variety of wildlife, including deer, elk, wild horses, wild turkeys, and black bears. During the winter season in Ruidoso, it is important that guests are aware of local weather and travel advisories. Weather conditions can change suddenly, and AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended. With vehicles that are front-wheel or rear-wheel drive, we recommend guests bring chains or cables.
