NO cats due to allergies! We do charge an additional $150 per reservation. This allows our cleaning team to fully remove all pet dander for our next guests. This is a time consuming process as it involves stripping ALL linens throughout the home, including sanitizing the couch covering. We appreciate being notified about your pet in the reservation request so we can prepare our cleaning team to leave additional time in their schedule in advance. If a pet is not disclosed in the reservation prior to arrival, there will be an automatic $500 fee levied upon checkout. We are your neighbors so honesty and transparency is greatly appreciated. Additionally, this is a NON-SMOKING property and we do appreciate your cooperation. A $500 FEE will be levied if this is not strictly adhered to.
