Newly-built cabin at the foot of the mountain with Ski-In

Maximize your mountain trip in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's wonderful ski system. Here you can avoid the crowds inside Åre! A short walk takes you to the ski slopes; you can ski all the way home – Ski-In. If you want to go to Åre/Björnen, there is a bus/ski bus stop 1 minute away. If you visit us in the summer, there are several hiking trails and fishing opportunities nearby. Duveds Restauranger is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The space The cottage has a large living room with high ceilings and lovely light coming in from large south-facing windows. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus all the utensils you need to cook good food. You eat on a folding table with 2-4 seats, made by my grandfather. If there are only two of you, it's easy to fold down one side of the table to get more floor space. The sofa is quickly and easily converted into a 140 cm wide bed. Roller blinds are available on all windows. Upstairs in the small loft, there are two more beds on a mattress. In the hall and bathroom, there is floor heating. If you want, there is the possibility to rent bed linen and towels for SEK 150/person. Just let us know before arrival! The cottage is located on our property in a quiet residential area. Next door is a school with lots of fun to discover for any children who are with you. In the cottage there is Wi-Fi, TV, books, games and of course the magazine "Åka Skidor"! Perfect to snuggle down on the couch with after a long day on the mountain. Outside the window, the mountain stream Lerån flows down towards Indalsälven. In summer, we recommend having a coffee on the bridge and enjoying the sound of the stream. Guest access You have the entire cottage.
