If you just want to sit on the huge screened in porch, relax and watch eagles (birds and butterflies) we’ve got that too. Bay Escape is our comfortable, pet friendly, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the St. Joseph Bay Aquatic Preserve. We are just a few doors from Salinas Park with both Bay and Beach access and the beautiful Serenity Walkway! The space A wonderfully comfortable getaway. Located at the beginning of Cape San Blas, close to Port St Joe’s shopping and restaurants, Indian Pass, St Vincent’s Wildlife Refuge; St Joe State Park, the famous Raw Bar and 21 mi to Apalachicola, known for its festivals and oysters! SO MANY WAYS TO EXPLORE AND SO CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING! CAUTIONS:. Our home is not suitable for children. Pets are limited to two small or one big. Maximum number of folks is four. Trailers and boats are not allowed on property. PLEASE RESPECT RULES SO THAT YOU ARE NOT CHARGED AND NEGATIVELY RATED. Guest access Guests rent the entire house, yard and two kayaks. Folks have been leaving spices: use at your discretion. Other things to note We welcome your questions. Please advise if you plan to have older children or pet(s) on property. Gulf beach public access is across the street at Villa del Sol. Great boardwalk, nice beachside signage a well (so you can find correct boardwalk when you are ready to leave. Truly, its often a problem.) Kayaks are for single person, 250 lb, manufacturer's limit. Renters must sign waiver for use before receiving lock codes and are responsible for kayaks from unlock to lock back up. Kayaks should not be left in or near water at any time and are not to be driven to other locations. For your safety, do not leave any food or trash outside. Pets should always be monitored but particularly at night. Wildlife abounds. We have a self made book of attractions and restaurants as well as wildlife sightings.
