For your comfort and safety, each room is equipped with a secure keypad lock. We take pride in providing high-quality, freshly cleaned bedding to ensure a truly restful night’s sleep. In the past, our rooms were intentionally kept free of televisions and air-conditioning units to maintain a calm, quiet, and healthy environment. However, in response to many guests’ requests and to ensure everyone’s comfort during the recent extreme heat, air-conditioning is now available as an optional add on ( with a small extra charge) feature for those who need it. This balance allows you to enjoy a serene atmosphere that encourages deep, rejuvenating sleep — while still having the flexibility to adjust your comfort level. Each morning, you’ll wake to the gentle sound of birdsong — a natural melody that brings a sense of peace and harmony to your stay. Guest access Guests can freely access and utilize the shared dining and living areas. We provide a coffee machine, toaster, and microwave for your convenience. However, we kindly request that guests clean up after using these facilities. During your stay I am more than happy to assist our guests with any concerns or provide you with information about the Gold Coast or our accommodations. While I have weekday commitments, guests are welcome to contact me via Airbnb message or my mobile number. Other things to note 🚭 Non-Smoking Property Our home is strictly non-smoking, both inside and outside. ⏰ Check-Out Time Please check out by the agreed time. A late check-out fee of AUD$50 per hour may apply if staying beyond the check-out time. 🚫 Visitors For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that no visitors (non-registered guests) enter the property during your stay. 🔒 Room Use & Consideration Each room is equipped with a keypad lock for your privacy and security. Please keep your door closed when you are in the room, and lock it when you go out. For everyone’s peace of mind, our staff and hosts will never enter your room without permission during your stay (unless there’s an emergency). We kindly remind guests to keep their rooms locked at all times to ensure privacy and avoid any misunderstanding. We also ask everyone to keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of others sharing the space. 🏊‍♀ Outdoor Areas Please note that the swimming pool and garden area are not open for guest use. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining Guests are welcome to use the following: • Electric kettle ☕ • Air fryer 🍟 • Microwave oven 🍲 • Toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, and coffee machine 🍽 For safety reasons, the gas stove is not available for guest use. 💡 Care for the Property We appreciate your care when using our facilities.
