Heated Garage This oversize two-car garage is heated so you won’t have to scrape any ice off of your vehicle if you stay at Enclave 12! Enjoy the luxury of parking inside and leaving all of your gear in the garage instead of dealing with a pesky ski locker! Laundry Room This room has a full-size washer and dryer that provides the ease and convenience of doing your own laundry and having fresh gear for all your Keystone activities! Other things to note This property has a 2-car garage and parking for two vehicles in front of the garage. There is a 4 car limit per property at the Enclave Complex. 24/7 SERVICE This property is professionally managed by SummitCove Lodging in Keystone. We have a central office located right in Keystone and offer our guests 24/7 services during their stay. We provide a starter supply of amenities, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and more. We provide housekeeping and maintenance services if needed during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included but may be added for an additional fee. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME The standard check-in time is 4 pm. The standard check-out time is 10 am. In some cases, based on availability, there will be options for paid early check-in or late check-out, but can't be confirmed until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. This is the perfect place to rest, relax and soak after a long day of skiing or mountain biking! Towels are provided, but please be sure to return them before your departure. Private Townhome Garages – Each property at the Enclave is complete with a private garage in order to keep your car warm and snow-free in the winter. Lots of Space – The Enclave properties are great for larger families or groups because they offer lots of square footage to spread out. Indoor Racquetball Courts – Racquetball enthusiasts will be pleased with the excellent indoor court at the Enclave Townhomes Clubhouse. This court is reserved exclusively for the guests staying at the Enclave town homes. Clubhouse and Recreational Lounge – Open year round from 9 am to 9 pm, the private Enclave Clubhouse greets you with a spacious lobby featuring a gas fireplace, pool, foosball, and ping pong tables, television, and plenty of seating. Follow the downward staircase to your right and you will find the indoor pool and hot tub. The Enclave at Keystone offers a fitness center with a weight bench and and stationary bicycles so you won’t have to give up your workouts while you’re away on vacation. Outdoor Tennis and Basketball Courts – Outdoor tennis and basketball courts are available for everyone who stays at the Enclave townhomes. Have a pick-up game, or play a doubles match while taking in the gorgeous mountain views of Keystone Resort. Meeting Facilities – If you are in Keystone on business or even for some quiet time, the Enclave townhomes offer on-site meeting facilities and conference rooms for your convenience.
