At the exit of the village of Valflaunès, discover our family farmhouse with stunning views of the Pic Saint Loup and the Hortus. All around, holm oaks, pines, vines and scrubland. Enjoy the calm of the place, the heated pool but also the Jacuzzi: at sunset, it's just magical! In winter, a good fireplace or a game of foosball will delight the whole family! The space The farmhouse has the charm of old stone but benefits from the modern comfort of air conditioning and underfloor heating. The large living room is equipped with a 55-inch HD TV connected to a box and in winter you can enjoy beautiful evenings by the fire…. Kitchen is Fully stocked. A Weber gas barbecue and a plancha are also available. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 are equipped with a 160 x 200 double bed. Bedroom 3 is equipped with two single 90 x 190 beds. Bedroom 4, originally an office/library, has no entrance door. It can be transformed into a dormitory for 4 children (two mattresses of 160 x 200 side by side). A large summer living/dining room completes the set. But it is in the garden that you can make the most of the property: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, ping-pong, foosball, petanque…. There's plenty to do! There is also a tennis court in the village 1 km away. The heated pool is open on sunny days, from April to October inclusive. The Jacuzzi is also available from April to October. Linens and towels are included in the price (but not pool/Jacuzzi towels). Beds are made when guests arrive. Nespresso machine and capsules available. The property is located 20 minutes from Montpellier, 20 minutes from the Herault Gorges for beautiful river swimming, 30 minutes from Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport, 35 minutes from the beaches and 1 hour from the Cirque de Navacelle and the Larzac Plateaus. Guest access You will have access to the entire property except the garage. Nevertheless, you can park 4 cars without any problem inside the property. This is closed by a heavy wrought iron gate with automatic opening/closing. Other things to note The pool is equipped with a bar cover to prevent drowning in compliance with the NF P 90-308 standard, however parental supervision remains the only effective means. Please be extremely vigilant if you have young children!
