We are required a minimum of 90 days or more for bookings, due to a local township ordinance. This is perfect for long-term WORK assignments and several guests have enjoyed our place. Located 7 miles to downtown —about 10 minutes. Close to I 279; Malls, Hospitals, Universities, Steelers, Pirates, Penguins ! Large eat-in kitchen, large living room, 2 queen bedrooms, one bath, patio and yard, basement. “Cozy Pittsburgh Home” or "The Little House on Evergreen" — 2 miles away for shorter stays. The space As you see in the pictures, our home is very clean and comfortable. You will feel relaxed and can enjoy “ a home away from home”. We have tried to think of all of your needs and have provided a great deal of extras to make your stay pleasant. The two bedrooms have new queen mattresses. Full laundry is in the basement! Nice kitchen! We pride ourselves on being that FIVE Star experience you expect! Thank you for booking! Guest access You have full access to the home. There is ample space for two cars. The road in front of the house can be busy at times because we are across from the entrance to a High School. Please let us know any unique circumstances and we'll try our best to accommodate you. Other things to note We have a detailed House Manual located in the kitchen with additional information. Please note the there are steps to the entry and steps to the basement. The top and bottom steps are slightly higher then usual so watch your footing. No drugs, No weapons, No smoking inside, No Parties.
