Cosy cabin - ideal for contract workers!

Relax at our self-contained peaceful yet centrally-located garden cabin made with reclaimed materials and bursting with up-cycled character. Ideal for Monday-Friday contract workers - we are five minutes drive from BT in Martlesham, 25 minutes from Sizewell. A ten minute walk from all the bakery/ deli /pubs / restaurants on Market Hill in Woodbridge. Cooking facilities for easy meals (microwave / hot plate / mini fridge). The space The Cosy Cabin is perfect for Monday - Friday contract workers / solo travellers / couples who don't mind a double bed - here for leisure, visiting relatives or work - and looking to relax in a peaceful and tranquil setting. If you're looking to party this is not the place for you! With its whitewashed walls and reclaimed beams, it's a quirky, snug, self-contained home-from-home complete with own access. Original artwork on walls. An android TV with password-required Netflix, Amazon and streaming channels including free movies and YouTube. The double bed features a sumptuous 1000 pocket spring ortho-support mattress and lovely bedding. A little reclaimed oak kitchenette offers a small work surface, kitchen utensils, plates and pans, teas and coffee, one-ring induction hob, a microwave and a small fridge with freezer compartment. Internet is good (fibre optic) and we have an ethernet cable too. A separate en-suite room offers a power shower, toilet, mini sink and fan. In all, the Cabin is 2.5 metres in width and 5.75m in length - small, but perfectly formed. Unfortunately, it is not spacious enough for families (with cots / prams) or those with pets. Cyclists can leave bikes undercover in the alleyway or on the verandah (but not in the Cabin). Parking space on site for one car. Guest access Guest have their own private access to and from the Cabin plus a little wrap around private garden and balcony. Other things to note Please note: * we cannot take bookings from guests on behalf of other people. Guests staying here must have their own Airbnb accounts, have undergone the identity verification process and have reviews. * the cabin is small but perfectly formed! It is ideal for solo travellers and couples, we don't recommend it for sharers or families. * as this is a 100% wooden structure, we operate a strict no smoking / no disposable BBQ / no AirFyers or candles policy. * no other guests (apart from those named at time of booking) at the Cabin/property. * unfortunately we cannot facilitate campervans or caravans parked on the drive here. * please park your car on the drive allowing us access into our garage. * the Cabin is located a couple of metres away from our house so if you are looking for a place to party, this is not the property for you. It is intended for those looking for peace and sanctuary and ease of access into Woodbridge and surrounding area.
