Beautiful holiday home near the sea and nature "coolcation"

In the fishing village of Hällevik, there are conditions for both a relaxing and active vacation. Hällevik is beautiful all year round. Around the corner there are both nature reserves and several nice sandy beaches. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room overlooking Hanö Bay and a spacious loft with the possibility of more beds if desired. In two of the rooms there are family beds with room for 3. The house has a large wooden deck and a stone patio with space for dinners in the lovely evening sun. The space Brand new summer house with three bedrooms, a large bright loft (30 sqm), spacious hall, bright and fresh bathroom as well as kitchen, dining area and living room in open plan overlooking Hanö Bay. A couple of beautiful trees help with this. The garden is partially surrounded by an old stone fence and many trees and shrubs. In the entrance you will be met by a spacious hall with ample storage space. In the bathroom, which is fully tiled, there is a shower, toilet and combined washing machine and dryer. Along the hallway, there are three separate bedrooms. All overlooking the garden and Hanö Bay. They all have patio doors to the wooden deck. The master bedroom has a double bed. The other two bedrooms have family beds (bunk bed with 120 cm in one bed and 90 cm in the other bed). At the end of the hall, you will be greeted by a lovely combined kitchen/living room, sparingly decorated for both small and large groups. The kitchen has large, generous work surfaces and is of course fully equipped. The dining area is more than enough for 8-10 people. In the living room/kitchen there are large windows with lovely views of Hanö Bay. You can also choose a smaller door out to the patio on the south side. The corner sofa in the room invites you to read a book. The room is open to the ridge and you can glimpse the large loft through the wooden ceiling above. In the loft there is a TV, sofa and a workplace. Two large skylights let in light. On the loft, there are also two extra bed mattresses (if the children want to get the bunk feeling or you have guests some night). Guest access Access to the entire place. Other things to note There are two simple and used bicycles to borrow on site. Perfect to take to the beach for a morning swim. Maybe buy some freshly baked buns on the way home?
