Description
Just steps from tons of food, beverage, and entertainment opportunities & 1 mi. from USU campus. Unique layout with upstairs living area & ground floor kitchen. Great for those who appreciate the charms of an older building but don’t mind the quirks. The space This upstairs apartment is located in an attractive historic 1930s building with exposed brick interior walls. It is ideally located in downtown Logan within short walking distance of numerous local and chain restaurants, shopping opportunities, grocery stores, the Logan Tabernacle, and Main St. attractions such as the Eccles Theater, historic courthouse, and Gardeners’ market. The Utah State University campus is less than a mile away, easily accessible by foot, bicycle, or bus. The apartment has a unique layout with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, and a living room, bedroom and bathroom on the second level overlooking the Federal Ave/Church Street District. Some previous guests have found the stairs from the kitchen to living area to be steep, so if you are concerned with accessibility you should carefully inspect the pictures we've included in this listing. Apartment sleeps 2 in a queen bed. Other things to note Because it is an old building with many of its original historic features (e.g., cast iron sink and tub), it is impossible to create shiny like-new surfaces throughout the apartment. We do, however, always ensure that the apartment is clean and sanitary. The apartment is equipped with high speed wireless internet, flat panel HD TV, and DVD player. The living room and bedroom have window A/C units and there is a box and a pedestal fan available. A hair dryer, iron and small ironing board are also available. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, and french coffee press, as well as olive oil, basic spices, and a full suite of cooking and dining ware.
