Welcome to Maison Reycout — your peaceful countryside escape. Relax in our 18th-century stone home featuring a heated pool (6x3 m), private lake with pergola and summer kitchen, and a spacious cathedral-ceiling living room. The house offers five beautifully decorated bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, plus boats, billiards, table tennis, and plenty of indoor/outdoor games. Ground floor: - A convivial and spacious cathedral lounge with bar, television, pool table and Hi-Fi system with vinyl records. A large collection of board games and books and a dart board are at your disposal. - A large kitchen with lots of accessories and new appliances (two fridges). - A double bedroom (new bedding, Emma mattress). - A shower room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor: - 4 bedrooms: two with double beds, and two with two single beds that can be joined to form a large double bed. - Separate WC - A small shower room - A bathroom with WC Bed linen and towels are provided (not pool towels), and beds will be made up on arrival. All bedding and mattresses are high quality. The mattresses are by Emma or Rêverie (made in France). The house does not have air conditioning, but as it is made of stone it never gets too hot. Please note: the house is old (18th century), so the ceilings are low in places and the soundproofing between the bedrooms is not optimal. Outside : Almost one hectare of land is reserved for you. A south-facing garden with heated saltwater swimming pool (6x3m), garden furniture, garden table, sun loungers. The pool is secured by a tarpaulin. A detached bucolic plot (20 m from the house) with its own lake, access to which is secured by a fence. On this plot you can : - enjoy the pergola with its summer kitchen: sink, large gas griddle, barbecue and two large picnic tables and garden furniture area - go boating on the large fish lake - organise memorable games on the lawn (volleyball court, table tennis) - relax listening to the birds in the hammocks - Numerous outdoor games for young and old are available: table tennis, volleyball/badminton court, fishing rod, molkky, pétanque, slackline...
