Each additional guest is $15 per night to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. • Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended, even in the fenced yard. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. Pets may roam freely inside while you are home. • Guests are responsible for basic tasks such as trash removal during their stay. • Rental agreement required for stays of 14 days or more. • The home uses propane heat and hot water. Occasionally, a faint smell near the furnace or water heater may occur and is normal for propane systems. • Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety. • This is a quiet, residential home intended for relaxing stays. Please clean up after pets and keep them off the furniture. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended, even in the fenced yard. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. Pets may roam freely inside while you are home. • Guest-Managed Trash This is a self-managed home. Guests are responsible for taking out trash as needed during their stay. A dumpster is located on the property for convenience. • Propane Heat & Hot Water The home uses propane for heating and hot water. Occasionally, a faint smell near the furnace or water heater may occur and is normal. These systems are safe and efficient. Please reach out if you have any concerns. • Gas Grill The BBQ grill is connected to the home’s gas line, so there is no propane tank to replace. Simply turn on the valve near the grill and start cooking. • Air Purifiers HEPA air purifiers are provided in the main living area and primary bedroom. • Extra Guest Fee The base nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. • Quiet Home This is a peaceful, residential space intended for relaxing stays. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted. • Extended Stays Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied and available year-round, making the home suitable for longer stays or remote work. • Rental Agreement A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more. • Safety Features Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for guest safety. • Check-In / Check-Out Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. This allows us to keep the cleaning fee low for smaller groups. 🤫Remember you have neighbors, so be sure to be respectful of them. 🚫🚬There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home. $200 per day smoking fee will be charged. 👟Please remove your shoes if they are soiled. 🚮Trash must be bagged and taken up to the dumpster. 🚫🔥No charcoal grills allowed. A gas grill is provided. 🐶Well-behaved pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee. For their safety, pets must never be left outdoors unattended—even in the fenced yard. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. While you're home, they're free to roam inside. 💩Poop bags provided—please help keep the yard clean for future guests. ‼️PLEASE MAKE SURE DOOR IS LOCKED AND LATCHED UPON LEAVING - ‼️DOOR MUST BE PULLED CLOSED TO PROPERLY LOCK Other things of note: 🛜Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem, as it may cause disruptions to smart home devices and guest access. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🧻🚽Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets - do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or even 'flushable' wipes as they will damage the septic system 👥No unregistered guests. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. So we can keep our cleaning fees low for you, we pay our cleaning crew hourly instead of a flat rate. This way we can pass our savings on to you with a lower base cleaning fee. To do this, our base nightly rate covers up two guests. Each additional guest beyond two will incur an extra fee of $15 per night to compensate for the extra hours of additional cleaning and laundry involved. 🍔🥤No food or drinks in bedrooms. 😴Checkout is strictly before 11 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges will apply. 💲If breaking of rules or any amenities are taken that cause a refund for the next guest, you will be deemed responsible to pay for the missing items as well as the lost booking. 📖Please read the house rules before contacting the host. 🧴Shared Amenities: Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests.
