We can't wait to have you stay and enjoy this little slice of paradise! We have a beautiful updated one bedroom, unique guest house on a pond with a gorgeous kitchen and air mattress and a futon couch for additional guests. There is a walk in closet, rainfall shower head, full size appliances, including a smart washer and dryer. You can even rent a paddle boat to have some fun on the private pond right beside the house! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The space This is a guest house on our private property where our home is. It is at the back part of the property and completely separated from our home. It is a one bedroom home and you will have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Laundry room available but soap is not provided. TVs with Roku available but must sign in to your own streaming services. Full service kitchen with all cooking essentials provided. Additional guests provided with air mattress or futon sofa that folds out to bed. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole guest house, back yard, fire pit, outdoor dining table, and the pond. Other things to note Feel free to bring your fishing gear and your s’mores essentials! You are welcome to enjoy some relaxing time by the pond or outback by the fire pit roasting marshmallows.
