Basement apartment- king bed & full kitchen

A private entrance leads to your 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that includes a full kitchen, living room, and king bed. You will have access to a shared laundry room. There is ample street parking and one designated off-street parking spot. Easy access to downtown Englewood and Littleton as well as Denver and Red Rocks. You will be within a mile of Swedish Medical Center and 2 light rail stations. The space The full kitchen includes all of the basics for cooking any meal as well as common spices. The living room includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and a comfortable office chair. There is a 43 inch Roku TV that is compatible with all of your streaming services. We have an air mattress available upon request (queen or twin) that can be set up in the living room. The bedroom has a king bed, second Roku TV, table with a USB plug-in, and a small dresser. Enjoy lots of natural light, or close the curtains and sleep in! IMPORTANT TO NOTE: 1. Laundry is shared with the hosts and guests will need to walk outside to access it through the back door of the house. You will be able to access it at any point with a keypad. 2. Guests will have to use outdoor stairs to access the unit. 3. This is a basement unit. The hosts live upstairs and will be quiet and respectful at all hours, but you will hear footsteps and occasional voices during your stay. 4. It generally stays cool in the unit during the summer, but there is no central air. We provide a portable AC unit along with fans for especially hot days. Guest access You will have the entire basement apartment to yourself. This includes a separate entrance, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The laundry room is shared with the hosts and accessible through the backyard. Other things to note This is a basement apartment.
