Description

The fully equipped, beautiful apartment is very well connected to public transport and the cycle path network to Ulm and Neu-Ulm. On the terrace in the living room you can sit and eat outdoors. A beautiful swimming lake is very close. Carport and powerful Wi-Fi provide comfort. Basement, attic and a bicycle shed offer storage options. Minimum rental period is 28 days. I am happy to rent to tenants who want to stay for 3 months or longer. I don't rent by the day or week! The space The apartment is cozy, well laid out, allows home office and has everything you need including a large number of towels, change of bed linen, a washing machine and complete kitchen equipment. My guests particularly enjoy the small terrace by the living/dining room. Guest access The apartment is closed and is completely at the guests disposal, including a basement room. A small shed is available as a storage space for bicycles. Other things to note Please note: The apartment is intended for long-term bookings (from 3 months). Bookings for shorter periods (1-3 months) are currently only possible, but not several months in advance, as this affects long-term bookings. I hope you can please understand. When a landlord certificate is issued, the apartment is considered a German (main) residence. Subsequently, the registration office will also send a message to the GEZ headquarters. The renter is then obliged to pay the GEZ fee himself by direct debit. I do not charge this fee as a landlord and do not receive the money from GEZ. Please note that I will only issue a landlord certificate if you agree to pay the GEZ fee yourself.
