To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi, TV - Home theatre, barbecue , bar area - Washing machine, clothes dryer, elevator - Iron, torch, indoor games - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars This is not a wheel-chair-friendly property. Pets are allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 spacious, well-furnished rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor, and 1 on the third floor. - All rooms on the ground and second floor offer a plethora of amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra mattress, AC, Wi-Fi access, and a wardrobe. - The room on the third floor is equipped with a king-sized bed, AC, and a spectacular view of the Mumbai skyline. - One of the 3 rooms on the second floor has two AC units and a sit-out area. - 3 of the rooms on the second floor have attached balconies that offer stunning views of the sea. - 3 of the rooms on the second floor also feature a study table and a chair. - 4 of the rooms on the ground and second floor are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms, 1 powder room on the ground floor, and 1 common shower room on the third floor. - All attached bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, a separate shower cubicle, and basic toiletries. - The common shower room is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries and also features a bathtub. INDOOR AREAS - There is a games room the ground floor and the living room is on the first floor of this villa. - Providing a 360-degree sea view, this room offers amenities such as an AC, Wi-Fi, and TV. - The living room on the first floor is quite spacious and features a comfortable sofa and armchairs. It can seat 10 people comfortably. - This contemporary styled room offers amenities such as an AC,TV, Wi-Fi, and a portable music system. - The dining room is a component of the living room on the first floor. - Dining room is equipped with an AC and can seat up to 8 people comfortably. - This home also features a spacious and airy terrace on the third floor where guests can soak in the serene hues this place has to offer. - On a clear day, guests can also spot the Mumbai skyline here. - There is a common terrace joining the kitchen and dining area on the first floor, which also provides unending views of the sea. - There is a separate gaming room a card/snooker room on the ground floor. EXTERIOR AREAS - The exteriors of this quaint villa feature an expansive infinity pool that overlooks the azure tones of the Arabian sea and the Mumbai skyline. - Guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak or unwind with their loved ones. - There is a separate shower cubicle adjacent to the pool and a washroom for quick accessibility. - This rectangular pool is 20x10 sq.ft in size and 1.5ft in depth. KITCHEN - There is a kitchen on the first floor and a pantry on the third floor. - Guests can access the kitchen and pantry premises only for reheating purposes. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, water purifier. - The pantry also features a mini-refrigerator. Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Beef/ Water Buffalo consumption is strictly not allowed. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 additional staff cost of Rs.2000 exclusive of meals. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters which feature a bunk bed. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Overlooking the scenic vistas of Alibaug and the Arabian sea lies this perfect seaside getaway. Within this elegant and opulent property, guests can enjoy a multitude of carefully designed experiences that make their stay quite the memorable one. The infinity pool is a great way for guests to unwind. The balconies and the terrace offer a scenic backdrop of the azure skies and sea and also the Mumbai skyline at any time of day or night. Pick and nook or corner of this house, and enjoy a steaming cup of your preferred drink. How about a brief round of indoor games with your tribe while spending some quality time together? There is a separate games room and a snooker/card room for some competitive gaming rounds. Guests can also choose to watch their favourite rom-coms and action thrillers owing to the availability of the home-theatre system. And to top it off, guests can savour the delectable barbeque feast while sipping their favourite beverages. ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. The costs for the aforementioned beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Guest avail of the laundry services at an extra cost. - Guests can access the bar area for no extra charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that the lift is currently under maintenance and cannot be accessed by the guests. - Please note that the jacuzzi is currently not operational. - The villa is located in a secluded area. - The road leading up to the villa is a narrow road. - All-male and female groups are allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances except the lift for up to 6 hours. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Consumption of beef and water buffalo is strictly not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
