Close to I-87 yet completely private. Easily accessible to Saugerties, HITS, Catskill, Woodstock, and Hudson. Stroll through gardens, old growth trees, and access multiple swim holes. The property is unobstructed nature yet close to many great spots to explore. The space Lovely one bedroom guesthouse newly renovated, airy and clean. There is a living area with full kitchen and dining table for eight. Bathroom has a roomy shower and the patio is all yours during your stay. Feel free to roam the stream side and grounds around the guesthouse. Guest access Feel free to roam along the property. There is a walking trail that loops the 30acres, great for a run or walk. Other things to note Pets are welcome and this is a great property to roam. If interested we can offer gym access.
