Due to safety and security reasons, Visitors or Gatherings of any type must be communicated with and approved by the host BEFORE arrival of visitors. Additional charges may apply to any larger groups or gatherings depending on the amount of visitors. Surveillance or recording devices on sides of the home outside of property- Our neighborhood is very safe, but for added peace of mind, we have added these for your and our safety! If cameras are tampered with, there will be a $150 fine.
