We would appreciate it if you could just return the bins to the side of the house. If the dumpsters do not need to be emptied, our cleaning crew will empty them immediately after your departure. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS, PARTIES & TERMINATION Maximum occupancy: 15 persons at all times, including registered guests, visitors, and any other persons entering the property. * NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS. * All guests and visitors must be disclosed and authorized in advance. * Unauthorized Guest Fee: $200 per person for each unauthorized individual present at the property. * Payment of this fee does not authorize occupancy above the property’s maximum limit. * Guests are responsible for documented damage, excessive cleaning, pool remediation, repairs, or other costs beyond normal wear and tear. TERMINATION FOR HOUSE-RULE VIOLATIONS A party, unauthorized event/gathering, or exceeding the 15-person maximum occupancy—including guests and visitors—constitutes a material violation of these House Rules and may result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property. If a stay is terminated because of such a violation, the guest will not be entitled to a host-issued refund for unused nights and will forfeit amounts paid to the extent permitted by Airbnb’s policies and applicable law. Any refund ultimately required or issued by Airbnb remains subject to Airbnb’s applicable policies.
