Cozy single-story villa with two nice patios with a lovely view of the sea and the Tjörnbron. New for this year is a newly-built sauna and lounge. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and offers plenty of room for both cooking and socializing. Close to playground, swimming area for swimming, grocery store and with only 20 minutes by car you can also reach cultural highlights, such as Pilane and the Watercolor Museum – perfect destinations for those who like art and culture. For lovely barbecue evenings, both a barbecue and paella pan are available. The space One bedroom with 180 bed. One bedroom with 105 bed and a 90 camp bed. One bedroom with sofa bed. There is plenty of room to bring "extra" smaller children - if you do not want to bring your own travel bed, there is a crib available in your own room. An extra children's mattress can also be placed on the floors in the bedrooms. Guest access You have access to the entire place except for a room that is locked. Other things to note Parking with space for three cars. It is also possible to charge an electric car against a fee. All beds are made with bottom sheets but duvet covers & pillowcases are included. If you want to rent sheets ( come to made accommodation ), we charge a fee of SEK 150 p/p. Towels are included. A high chair is available on site if required. Note - there is not your desired date so write to us. We can be flexible to open up more if the request comes :)
