Our one & only peaceful, quiet golf cart friendly location conveniently between I-10/US90 yet the Caverns, Bear Paw river float, Merritts Mill Pond, Hinson Nature Preserve, Blue Springs and all shops, cinema, boat launches & restaurants within a 10 min drive. Golfing, beach, & airports within 1 hour. Modern cottage on a private 1/2 acre equipped with large smart TV's in both the living room and bedroom with Prime video. The space Safe, golf cart riding neighborhood on a quiet no thru street! Small cottage but so relaxing and comfy. Great place to unwind and get some R&R, very peaceful and quiet location with great outdoor living space which includes a park style grill, picnic table, firepit with 4 adriondack chairs, hammock, and gazebo with glider swing and garden seating on the porch. There are some board games, card games, and cornhole for outside that lights up for night time play. Quality cotton bed linens and towels are all steam sanitized after each guest, and the mattress/box spring are encased to protect from allergens, bed bugs, dust mites etc. The cottage is best suited for a single, couple or small family. There are snacks and cold filtered water available for you during your stay😊 Guest access Large yard with some shade trees, covered parking for two cars (additional parking available) new gazebo with a built in glider swing to enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy the lights in the evening. Four beach towels and fold out chairs provided and two adult bikes. Outdoor grill picnic table and firepit with 4 sturdy adirondack chairs to enjoy the starry nights. There are also two kayaks and two bikes at the property you are welcome to use. Queen sized bed in the bedroom with a pull out Queen sofa in the living room Sorry, we have a strict no pet and no smoking indoor policy and will result in additional fees(!!)
