The space First-floor apartment in a residence with a swimming pool that can be enjoyed at any time, day and night guard, located in Ponta Preta, the residential area of Vila do Maio, Porto Inglez, which is a 10-minute walk away. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, equipped with an oven and a refrigerator, a veranda enclosed by a beautiful window with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms with a windowed shower, a sun terrace on the roof with a 360° view, including the ocean. Mirco has designed this apartment in line with the atmosphere of the island: no TV, no WIFI, no to everything superfluous... but you will find everything you need to spend a holiday that will remain in your hearts (bed linen and towels, kitchen complete with everything you need to cook). Mirco will always be happy to provide you with advice and guidance of all kinds, in real time through messages, knowing the island and its inhabitants very well. Maio is a paradise for those who love fishing, both from the countless beaches and from the rocks. It is possible to arrange with local fishermen or European professionals for boat fishing trips. Initial and final cleaning is already included, but, for complete relaxation, you can arrange with the cleaning girls of the residence by paying them directly for services during your stay. In the solarium, you can also hang out the laundry to dry. Guest access You can use the pool whenever you want, but you cannot invite any other people who are not residents of the Residence, nor drink and or eat by the pool. Mirco will be able to find you, at the airport or at the port of Maio, a trusted taxi driver who will accompany you and your luggage directly to the Residence, where the staff, previously informed of your arrival and the total number of people, will give you the keys to the apartment. If you want, and I recommend it, before you get to the Residence, ask to make a stop at the PicPay supermarket so you can buy basic necessities and not have to carry them to the apartment. When we talk, you can ask for information about currency exchange, car rentals, quads, restaurants, and everything you need. Other things to note In Africa, there may be the presence of insects that are unusual for us Europeans (but none of these are poisonous), and other small inconveniences (such as short power outages, small water leaks in the bathrooms or in the kitchen due to the poor quality of the materials, salinity of the water, or other). If you immediately notify the staff and Mirco by message, we will do everything to restore the situation quickly. For the place where you are, you need to be patient and tolerate these things that, if taken with the right spirit, will not be a problem but will contribute to making your vacation unforgettable.
