We are centrally located to walk to Historic Five Points, King Street, or the St John’s waterfront and a short drive to San Marco & Downtown. The space Brand new detached garage renovation with private well-lit entrance. We carefully designed a small private space for relaxing nights of sleep, studying or working, just enough kitchen amenities and a beautiful private bathroom. Our space is designed for efficiency and includes a small water heater. During winter months, hot water may be limited to 10 minutes per use.
