Fully equiped downstairs lock off studio w laminate flooring and a Cozy Mountain vibe. *If you are sensitive to upstairs noise from our guests above, this may not be a good fit.* Q size bed, bathroom w/ a shower, complete kitchenette. Private gate entry+ fenced garden area+patio, gas grill, Roku TV, WIFI, and keyless entry. Parking lot is 1st come 1st serve, easy in the daytime. Permit 23-010. The space The studio has a queen bed and linens, closet space and dresser storage. Roku TV and high speed Xfinity internet allow for gaming and/or working guests. The expandable table doubles as a large work desk space as needed. The kitchen is ready with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, oil, spices, coffee, tea, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, double hot plate and an outside grill. Gourmet cooking with private chef JC occurred this summer using the kitchenette appliances (see pics for great recipe ideas). Dining collapsible table conveniently folds down when not in use. The bathroom has a shower, toiletries and towels provided. The private patio, private garden entrance and fenced yard, include solar string lights and walkway lights. *Laundry is the ONLY shared space* *We have upstairs guests at times, their footsteps can be heard at times.* **Parking on the LOWER Parking Lot closest to Blake Ave is 1st come 1st serve** Guest access Parking is accessible in lower level parking space for 1 vehicle (marked 24). Parking is not guaranteed to be available at all times. Other things to note This studio is a Non smoking unit. *You may hear some occasional noise from upstairs guests footsteps * Please be advised. There may be traffic and noise. The studio stays naturally cool, however there are fans available on request. Quiet hours are 10:30 pm -7:00 am
