Safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife right in the back yard. This Mother in Law suite has tons of natural light. For nature lover’s this unit is close to the beach and there are walking trails nearby. Small children maybe heard. The space Welcome to your cozy attached suite—your own private space with no shared living areas. This charming studio-style addition features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a comfortable queen bed with plenty of pillows, and a pull-out twin sofa bed. You’ll find generous storage in the dressers, plus a desk that doubles as a dining table. High-speed Wi-Fi and Roku TV are available for your entertainment. Mini Kitchen: The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for simple meals, including a George Foreman grill, toaster, air fryer, electric skillet, coffee maker, crockpot, mini fridge, and eating utensils. Comfort & Amenities: Fresh 100% cotton sheets and towels are provided, along with extra blankets, a fan, and baseboard heating. The bathroom includes a mini curling iron and hair dryer for your convenience. A Pack ’n Play is available upon request. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and must be fully house-trained. Please note the suite is small and the yard is not fenced—pets should be leashed at all times while on the property. Transportation: A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. Uber and local taxi services are available as well. Some guests choose to take the Amtrak from Chicago to the Waukegan Station and then Uber to the suite. Additional Notes: Strong odors, eating on or in the bed, and late checkouts may result in violation fees. The suite is attached to the back of the main house and garage. I have young children, so some daytime noise may be heard. The home uses well water, which is safe to drink but may have a distinct taste. You may prefer to bring or purchase drinking water. Located close to a grocery store and several small businesses along Sheridan Road. Guest access Private entrance is on side of the home. There are 3 steps up to the space. Plenty of parking. To ensure there is enough space, please notify me of any multiple vehicles, boats and trailers. Detailed instructions with pictures are sent 48 hours prior to your reservation time. Other things to note PRIVATE ACCESS NO SMOKING INSIDE CHECKOUT BY 11AM NO EATING ON OR IN THE BED There is not a full kitchen or laundry in the suite. Minors: Reservations must be made by adults. Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult guest. Pets are welcome with 50$ fee and must be house trained. Suite is small and yard is not fenced. Pets should be leashed while on property. May not be ideal for active or large dogs. The suite is attached to the back of the house and garage. I have young children and noises may be heard. Well water is routinely tested for safe consumption however it has a taste to it. Consider purchasing water.
