The space The Space The accommodation offers a private living room with a cosy fireplace, alongside a separate sleeping area furnished with a comfortable single bed. There is also a leather sofa, which may be used for sleeping if needed. Guests have access to a private bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate private toilet. For your convenience, the space includes a mini fridge, microwave, and water kettle, with access to a shared kitchen for light cooking once per day. Laundry facilities and ironing equipment are available upon request. The Environment The house is situated in a peaceful family neighbourhood, ideal for focused work, study, or quiet relaxation. We are a calm and respectful household, and you may encounter our small, friendly dog, who is very gentle and well-behaved. Guest access You will have access to a private living area with a sleeping space located in the basement, along with your own fridge, private shower room, and separate toilet. You are also welcome to use the shared kitchen once per day for light cooking. Other things to note Enjoy a peaceful stay in a green and quiet neighbourhood, perfect for relaxing or focusing on work. The house is surrounded by trees and garden space, with access to a cosy outdoor seating area — ideal for reading, writing, or simply unwinding.
