Cosy Cottage-Views of Ironbridge

A Charming two-bedroom cottage with everything at your fingertips. Nestled in the heart of a World Heritage Site, it is the perfect cosy escape or base to explore the beautiful riverside village of Ironbridge with loved ones and well-behaved dogs. This beautiful cottage is steeped in the industrial heritage of the area with local museums including the renowned Blists Hill nearby, and boasts views of both the beautiful Severn Gorge and the world-famous Iron Bridge from the multi-tiered garden. The space From the moment you enter the front door you feel at home, the beautiful tiled floor in the entranceway leads on the right to a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, fairy lights, and a log burner, perfect for those winter evenings where you can settle in to watch Netflix. On the left leads to a wonderful country-style fully equipped kitchen with its large Rangemaster double oven and hob. There is a fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster and Nespresso Machine. There is also a table and four chairs perfect for your breakfast or those cosy dinners after a day spent exploring Ironbridge. There is a large larder, where you can find a dog bowl, towels, and essentials if you have decided to bring your much-loved pooch. The back door leads to some steps up to the amazing multi-tiered garden that seems to go on forever, it's well worth the walk to the top to see the wonderful views of the Ironbridge and the Gorge. Guests have enjoyed sitting with a coffee or glass of wine just taking in the scenery, or even toasting marshmallows at dusk! There are two double bedrooms upstairs, the stairs are a little steep, on the left is the Main Bedroom with the original fireplace, dressing table and chair and hanging rail. Both rooms have hotel-quality linen and freshly laundered towels The bathroom is spacious with a full bath suite and separate shower, you will also find complimentary hotel-style toiletries You will have access to the entire Cottage, I won't be around however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb, my apartment is professionally cleaned and the towels and linen are professionally laundered We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are plenty of supermarkets within a 5-minute drive or a 2-minute walk down the hill Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, parking is right outside the Cottage. Please do not park opposite the house with the red windows as this is a disabled parking area. There is additional parking in the layby further up the hill Other things to note Espresso coffee machine. Soda stream. Range oven.
