Explore the many hiking/biking trails, breweries, quaint shops downtown and SO many neat places to dine! LITTLE BIRCH offers 3 levels of luxurious indoor living space, two balconies, and outdoor grilling space. Gorgeous mountain views and lush landscaping are seen throughout the cottage. *THE SPACE* 1st Floor: Lounge area *Full-size sofa bed with chaise *1/2 bath *Mounted Smart TV, games, and workstation with fast wifi! *Garage with stackable laundry unit (no car parking inside the garage please) 2nd Floor: *Private bedroom (King) with Pillowtop Plush Hybrid Bed, mounted Smart TV and luxury en-suite bath w/speakman showerhead, heated fan (yep!) full closet, and linen area (Don't miss the second hidden balcony off the french doors outside of the en-suite bathroom where you can enjoy an awesome mountain view! *Fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen stocked with organic spices, coffee/tea station, and dining area *Open family room with comfy loveseat, 65" Smart TV, fireplace, armchair, laptop tray, and cozy balcony with a bistro table set for 2. Ladder Loft: Queen bed, 2 massaging bean bag loungers, and an amazing view! All levels are accessible but please use caution when accessing the 3rd level ladder loft. Yvette can be reached via text or phone call for anything that you'll need during your stay. Walking trails can be found throughout the neighborhood, you can also cross the main road to access the other side of the village where you will find the neighborhood market and bar The Grocery (really good eats!), a salon, Black Bear Tavern (weekends only) and Freestone Properties Real Estate. There is a neighborhood YMCA within walking distance from the cottage where you can obtain a Day or Weekly pass for a nominal fee, make a splash in the indoor pool or try a new fitness class! Downtown Black Mountain is less than 3 min away, where you can shop, dine and tour all of the wonderful novelty shops, eateries, and boutiques! Within a 20-mile radius, you can tour the Biltmore Estate, experience all that Downtown Asheville has to offer, or take an adventurous hike to Chimney Rock, Catawba Falls, Lookout Mountain, or Graybeard Trail in Montreat! We have parking for one car in the driveway and additional parking in the gravel lot just steps down the road. Our cottage is located off a one-way road. There is room for 1 car in the driveway - the garage is not available for parking but additional parking is a short distance away. ***For $15, guests can get an individual day pass to the Black Mtn YMCA which is only steps away from the cottage. The Y offers an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Fitness Center, and child care!
